Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned key customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Seek out new customers and organizations interested in independent publishing, print on demand services, and other product lines based on designated segments and profiles.
Reply to and solicit RFP print on demand opportunities.
Handle bulk lead inquiries working with our internal teams to produce a winning quote from inbound requests.
Monitor and reply to daily sales trends, large transactions, and market news.
Partner with Marketing to maximize lead and revenue growth, enabling high profile customer`s additional resources for further exposure.
Prefer candidates with experience in the publishing and print on demand industries.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other sales CRM solutions.
3 to 5 years account management and relationship management roles in a SAAS environment.
2-3 years of Inbound and Outbound sales experience.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Excel and Analysis of data sets.
Strong listening, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in tracking performance metrics.
Bachelor`s degree in business or related program, or comparable business experience.
Complete a background check and drug screen.
