This is a temporary position.
Supports administrative staff in terms of general office duties, and defers all significant decision making to management.
Prepare your expenses and GM`s expenses using Concur.
Book travel (flights, cars, hotels) for GM and other team members as needed through Concur.
Must have experience in MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Book meetings and coordinate schedules globally to avoid any conflicts via Outlook.
Prepare/edit reports or documents given by the SLT in a professional manner.
Complete tasks without reminders or continuous guidance.
Manage SharePoint folders and files, a site that contains key documents for meetings (Ops Reviews, One Golf Pride, Management Meetings, HYD Reviews, etc.)
Professionally answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate locations.
Manage GM`s calendar and meeting changes, occasionally assist with email management.
Arrange, order and set up catering (breakfast or lunch) for onsite meetings.
Ensure strict confidentially at all times for necessary information.
Arrange offsite celebrations for local team (location, time, payment coordination).
Assist Human Resources with various tasks including flu shot arrangements, interview scheduling, interoffice challenges, etc.
Requires a high level of both administrative and interpersonal professionalism.
Interaction with both internal and external contacts, either by telephone or in person, demands a high level of business etiquette.
Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the information encountered, discretion is required.
The qualified candidate must be able to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
Must complete a background check and drug screen.
Obtain a High School Diploma or a GED equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
