HR Tech Support
The Greer Group is recruiting for an HR Tech Support for a client in Raleigh, NC.
This is a temporary position ranging for 6 – 12 months.
- Running and reviewing batch jobs.
- Running oracle sql queries.
- Reviewing interface runs and working in the Information Services department.
- Assisting vendors with issues that may arise with interfaces.
- Taking and working on help desk tickets – being able to triage and troubleshoot incoming tickets.
- Tracking the migration spreadsheet and uploading workbook.
- Assist with training and creating workflow changes, such as business processes.
- Track software bugs and defect/report to vendor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Various other duties as needed.
- Complete a background check and drug screen.
- MUST have prior Helpdesk experience.
- Obtain a High School Diploma or a GED equivalent.
- Prefer candidates with HRIS experience.
