Account Executive/ Business Development

Greer is looking for high-energy, experienced, successful Business Development Representative to develop, manage, and cultivate a portfolio of strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will be results driven, services oriented and have a desire to sell! Must have an outgoing personality and demonstrated leadership ability.
Business development includes the following: territory management, lead identification and qualification, cold calling, setting appointments, and gaining a thorough understanding of the customer`s needs/business issues. Will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate Greer solution to meet those needs by creating and developing proposals and pricing models, making presentations, documenting customer agreements, closing sales independently through effective negotiation, documenting sales activities and conducting business reviews. After the account has been sold, the Business Development Representative is responsible for partnering with the Client service team to ensure effective service delivery.
Bachelor`s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing) or equivalent work experience in a sales role in the staffing or service industry.
2 years in Sales environment with proven results preferred
Proven ability to develop business, build relationships, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be comfortable networking
Demonstrated strong internal/external customer focus and personal leadership
Solid negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of management
