Assessment & Engagement Consultant

This is a temporary position through April 2019.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8: 30 AM - 5: 30 PM and varies based on need, including evenings and Saturday.
65% of this position is performing project management duties.
Prepares and monitors Project Charter.
Develops and maintains project schedule.
Works with CHAT members to develop project budget.
Convenes CHAT and Steering Committee meetings.
Assigns tasks, submits status reports.
Produces and distributes necessary documents for all meetings.
Assures requirements of CHNA are met.
Works with subcontractor to assure project deliverables are being met.
Researches and documents the results and impacts of existing strategies.
Convenes and manages Communications Committee.
35% Community Engagement - Engagement Consultant is responsible for providing staffing for the action planning groups and other related community collaboratives, such as the Population Health Task Force.
Develops and manages the process for creating action/implementation plans.
Manages the ongoing efforts of action planning implementation.
Serves as project manager for the Population Health Task Force.
Interfaces with all efforts/workgroups/collaboratives engaged in implementation of CHNA strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience working with community partnerships.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, leadership or management capacity.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with project management.
Masters Degree in related field preferred.
