The Greer Group, Inc. Is seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a Meeting and Event facility company. This is a full-time position and is temp to hire.

Maintain various areas of meeting service and customer service activities so as to optimize customer satisfaction, internal sales, rebooking performance, and profitability.
Buffet & beverage set-up & maintenance, room & lobby set-up, room & lobby clean-up, housekeeping services, room & lobby maintenance, coordinate catering, tour preparation
Office Services: copying, printing, faxing, collating
Technical Services: A/V & IT equip. Set-up, troubleshooting & basic maintenance, basic networking, basic software (MS Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, scanning/copying, etc)
Reception Services: telephone switchboard operation, client welcome & orientation, provide internal directions, internal messenger, registration service, shipping & receiving
Concierge Services: Call for taxi/shuttle services, provide external directions, call for reservations, assist clients on request, call for appointments, provide suggestions for dining, lodging, entertainment, shopping, & business resources
Plan and implement facility set-up and client traffic flow so as to maximize appearance, image, and client satisfaction
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, according to schedules and need.
Maintain upkeep and condition of all equipment, furniture, fixtures, and fabric of facility premises.
Maintain effective oral & written communication with coworkers, supervisors, clients, and vendors in order to relay information & observations make inquiries, exchange ideas, and report concerns
Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to company management approval
