The Greer Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep. Immediate need!
This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position provides support for clerical, administrative, and program-related activities and related work as required.
Duties include providing administrative support for various divisions and may extend to answering calls. The CSR also assists with applications/site plans for individual wells and obtains permit files, answers basic customer questions, and/or assesses customer need and connects customers to relevant personnel. The CSR enters data into a database program and uses multiple business flow processes. The CSR may provide initial assessment of applications and plan submittals for completeness and print maps using the GIS-based IMAPS program.
Successful candidates will 1) be detail oriented, 2) have the ability to work in an environment with interruptions, 3) be responsive to all customers seeking assistance to his/her ability, and 4) work in a collaborative team environment where priorities may be shifted to meet customer need and maintain service levels.
Qualifications - Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job: A college degree and one year experience in clerical work or customer service; or equivalent. Spanish language skills are a plus.
