We are currently seeking a Junior Client Service Manager to support two of our Client Service Managers in our corporate office.
This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or those with entry level experience!
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
Would provide sourcing and recruiting support to two Client Service Managers (CSM).
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups, job sites, and social media.
Sourcing and scheduling of applicants.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need(s).
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements, etc.
Assist with managing the application process along with new hire on-boarding paperwork.
Assist with the drug and background screening of all applicants, including following internal screening processes and 3rd party vendors.
Conduct regular follow up with CSM to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Assist CSM`s with recruiting, sourcing, projects, and other needs.
Prefer candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Ideal candidates have some Business/HR experience, but also open to entry level.
Ability to learn the database and different computer programs, and also able to perform quick and accurate data entry in the database.
Prefer candidates that are detail oriented and organized as it plays a large role in this position.
Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and must feel comfortable making daily recruiting calls.
