Responsible for Product Management activities, including coordination between the US team and HQ.
Accept special projects and assignments as business requires.
Lead new product launch committees and facilitate the introduction of new products into the US market.
Implement company-wide product go-to-market plans and work with all departments to execute, including patient kit configurations, operational logistics, packaging, product pricing and warranty, staff and customer messaging.
Provide content support for marketing initiatives such as website, emails, social media and marketing materials.
Manage the development, budget, and distribution of demonstration kits and equipment. Assist development, enhancements, and maintenance of e-commerce module.
Serve as liaison between Operations, Sales, Risk Management, Education, Finance, Clinical Research, and Marketing departments with respect to product management issues.
Coordinate Product Management meetings between US and IBK personnel, follow up on product issues and maintain relevant documentation.
Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities, chairing the MRB Committee, and maintain appropriate documentation (MAF items, Complaint Service Sheets, detailed reports, etc.). Coordinate item management between US and IBK to ensure accurate item information within the database.
Identify needs and opportunities for improvement related to Product Management.
issues, between US and IBK, to make contributions toward improving company performance.
Coordinate US feedback to IBK pertaining to Product/Label ing, Surgical implements and Accessories.
Bachelor`s degree in relatable field is required.
Product management experience required preferably in medical device and ideally in the hearing solutions industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, work efficiently to carry out tasks in assigned areas & assist others to achieve corporate goals.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Quality System Training and HIPPA Training (required once hired on).
Some travel required.
