This is a hands-on role supporting product development and testing processes for industry-leading technology in cable and connector products.<br><strong>What Youâll Do:</strong><ul><li>Assemble prototypes and sample lots for performance and qualification testing</li><li>Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate product performance</li><li>Build and test electrical/electronic devices and components</li><li>Perform experiments, record data, and maintain accurate test databases</li><li>Manufacture test adapters and fixtures based on performance criteria</li><li>Install SMT components on PCBs;solder and press components per documentation</li><li>Work closely with engineering to develop and refine testing procedures</li><li>Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction efforts</li></ul><br><strong>Minimum Qualifications Required:</strong><ul><li>Associateâs degree in <strong>electronics, mechanics, or industrial technology</strong> âor <strong>3â5 years equivalent hands-on experience</strong>.</li></ul><br><strong>Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:</strong><ul><li><strong>Soldering and PCB assembly</strong></li><li>Reading <strong>technical drawings and schematics</strong></li><li>Setting up and using <strong>network analyzers, TDRs, and high-voltage testing tools</strong></li><li>Using precision measurement instruments</li><li>Ability to identify components and perform diagnostic tests</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation accurately</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li></ul><br><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements:</strong><ul><li>Standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving frequently</li><li>Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles</li><li>Vision corrected to 20/20 and color vision required</li><li>Moderate noise level;proper hearing is essential</li><li>Reasonable accommodations available</li></ul><br><strong>Submit your resume today to apply!</strong><br>Job Type: Full-time<br><br><br>]]></description>
