Job Description
The Greer Group has 2nd shift Fabrication/Paint Line positions in South Asheville with an international company. Great opportunity for hire! All positions are long term with the opportunity for hire! You will work in a clean, relaxed and comfortable team environment in a facility that has a full service cafeteria. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train! The position performs loading and unloading parts on the Paint Line for machine to apply a powder-coat finish on steel. Stack parts on pallet and complete necessary paperwork. Prepares wire for assembly by cutting, stripping and attaching terminals.
Basic Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, with frequent standing and bending required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be willing to learn how to interpret drawings, schematics, or wiring diagrams. Experience with hand assembly and/or use of power and/or hand tools helpful. Background Screening & Drug Testing Required.
Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift - 3: 30 pm to 2: 00 am, Monday - Thurs with overtime available * Overtime pay 41-45 hours, Double Time Pay 46+ Hours! *Paid weekly, benefits available after 30 days; steel toed shoes provided by Eaton.
