The Greer Group is recruiting for 2nd Shift Assemblers at Eaton in Fayetteville!

Monday to Friday 2: 30PM- 11: 00PM

  • Sorting and Checking Inspection.
  • PCB and Small Parts Assembly, Aiming. 
  • Uses fingers or tools to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations to produce small, light-weight products.
  • Works at a steady pace under close supervision. 
  • No heavy lifting required. 
  • This Manufacturing Technician II will assemble fit and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard and near standard fixed assemblies in Motor Control Centers, Enclosed Control and related assemblies and sub-assemblies. 
  • Perform assembly required for test preparation and final inspection. 
  • Assemble and wire units, relay panels, panel boards, space heaters, and control panels. 
  • Bend and install power cable and leads, fabricate pre-cable unit, panel and MTB harnesses, and power leads.
  • Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity of units assembled. 
  • Stage parts for customer orders.

Job Requirements


  • Requires light back support belt.
  • Background Check.
  • Drug Test.
  • Standing for a 8 hour shift. 
  • Occasional overtime on Saturdays.
  • Steel Toed Shoes.
