Job Description

The Greer Group is recruiting for a Administrative Golf Assistant for our Client located in Pinehurst, NC! 
This is a long term temporary position through December 2024.
Monday-Friday 8: 00 am-4: 00 PM. 
  • Manage the Global Innovation Center reception area of the Retail Lab, welcoming consumers and guests.
  • Directing guest to their proper location, letting team members know when guests are here, & answering high level Golf Pride questions. 
  • Additionally, they must foster an environment which promotes the company's culture and goals.
  • Ownership of social hub, primary employee common area –including grocery replenishment and upkeep of appearance.
  • Manages office supply orders and ensures proper supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Support in executing GIC events and GIC visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. 
  • 1 year of Administrative experience. 
  • Customer service experience. 
  • Understanding of swing mechanics, club fitting and product knowledge paired with golf skills, knowledge and terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy for interacting with consumers in multiple scenarios.
  • Association with the PGA.
