Job Description
The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our client in Raleigh. This is a long-term temporary position for 1 year! Monday –Friday, 8: 15 AM –5: 15 PM in office.
Check-in clients and patients.
Verify insurance and documents.
Income determination.
Triage client cases.
Scan documents.
Assist with providing resources to the community.
Maintain and update database.
Answering phones.
Translate instructions and questions for Spanish speaking clients.
