Job Description

The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Patient Access Representative for our client in Raleigh.


This is a long-term temporary position through December!

  • Hours are Monday –Friday, 8 AM –5 PM.
  • Assist patients during the onsite registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
  • Provide excellent customer service functions, first point of contact for patient.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Answer multiline telephone system.
  • Billing.
  • Maintain and update database and records.
  • Run patient lab orders.
  • Translate for Spanish speaking customers.
  • Other administrative and clerical duties needed.

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Must complete a background check.
  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable working in a Clinic environment.
