The Greer Group has an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for a Quality Coordinator! This key position supports quality assurance operations and ISO 9001: 2015 compliance efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support for all Quality processes.
Manage Customer Return process: investigate, report, and handle material disposition.
Oversee Document Control System: approvals, routing, training, archiving.
Participate in Internal Audits and maintain related records.
Assist with Calibration Program and respond to customer documentation requests (BAA, TAA, CoC).
Collect data for Management Reviews and team performance boards.
Serve as a back-up Inspector as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma required;further technical/scientific education preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC or regulated manufacturing.
Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2015 and quality documentation.
Excellent data organization and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs.
Requires full range of motion, color vision, and effective verbal communication.
Moderate noise level;exposure to moving parts and airborne particles.
