Job Description
The Greer Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Front Desk Associate to join our team at a leading Food Service Equipment store. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, processing orders, and assisting with product inquiries.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about restaurant equipment to better support our customers.Hours: 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, Monday - FridayPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour with bonus opportunities!Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding in-store service
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Sell appliance warranties and explain coverage options
Assist customers with questions about food service and restaurant equipment
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including stocking merchandise
Support sales team with administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn product knowledge related to food service and restaurant equipment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Basic computer skills for order entry and customer tracking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Professional and positive attitude
