Job Description
The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Raleigh. This is a long-term temporary position for 1 year!
Monday –Friday, 8: 15 AM –5: 15 PM.
Check-in clients and clinic patients.
Verify insurance.
Process income determination.
Triage client cases.
Answer high volume of phone calls.
Scan documents and maintain the database.
Provide resources to community.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
