The data entry position is to aid with the incoming text messages.
Working in excel, updating spreadsheets with appointments as well as reschedules from text messages received.
Direct messages to the proper person and follow-up on each message to be sure a resolution has been attained.
Ensuring all messages are transcribed correctly and in a quick manor.
Call customers with any questions, while updating the spreadsheet.
