We’re looking for a highly organized operations professional to take full ownership of scheduling and work order management. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing the full lifecycle of work orders with a high level of accuracy
Building and maintaining efficient schedules based on technician capacity and geography
Ensuring all jobs are properly documented, complete, and ready for billing
Proactively identifying and solving scheduling or workflow issues before they become problems
Communicating clearly with both customers and internal teams to keep work moving
What Success Looks Like
Work orders are complete, accurate, and billing-ready the first time
Technicians have balanced, efficient schedules
Minimal last-minute scheduling changes
Fast turnaround from job completion to billing readiness
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience
Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy
Comfortable working in systems (CMMS, CRM, or similar)
Confident communicator who follows up and drives results
Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t let tasks fall through the cracks

Not a sales position
Not responsible for billing or invoicing
