The Greer Group is seeking an Imaging Associate for our local Insurance company client. This is a long term temporary position through December 2024. Job Description:
Scan batches of documents into appropriate processes.
Acquire knowledge to identify and handle problems such as scanner malfunctions and problem documents that may occur while scanning.
Using PC and imaging software, index batches of documents using the appropriate queues.
Index all scanned pages ensuring quality and checking for specific information as outlined in procedures.
Modify documents as necessary, route problem documents to the rescan module, and complete required forms.
Log any scanner or index system malfunctions and notify appropriate personnel.
Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to handle repetitive work with accuracy.
Employee needs to be detail-oriented and analytical in order to quality check documents.
Good numeric keypad and personal computer skills preferred.
