The Greer Group is recruiting an Early Voting Assistant for our client in Raleigh. This is a temporary position slated through November 2026! Monday - Friday, 8: 30 AM - 5: 15 PM Evening and Weekend overtime required during Election Season, some weeks are 50-60 hour work weeks!
This position will assist with administrative & logistical tasks for the Early Voting team. Position involves a complex level of office support by assisting with planning, organizing and coordinating day to day election activities.
This position provides assistance in updating documents, including using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Adobe PDF.
Customer service to include in-person, telephone, and email communication.
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
Must be available to work full day and must be able to work up to 50-60 hour work week (including most weekends) during election season.
Data entry testing required for consideration!
Must be able to sit and/or stand for at least three hours.
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable working in VARIOUS roles which may include physical labor, site setup and equipment assembly, supply inventory, general office tasks and other supporting roles
Must have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
Employee must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
