The Greer Group is seeking a dedicated a Temp-to-Hire Kitchen Team Member to help with both cooking, prep and dishwashing duties at a popular restaurant in Chimney Rock. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, and assisting with meal service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, willing to learn culinary experience, strong knife skills, and a passion for delivering quality food to our guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the food industry while contributing to a positive and fun dining experience. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and cooking in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Support meal assembly and presentation to ensure timely service
Follow food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times
Help with catering events and special meal requests as needed
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Serve food to guests or staff in a courteous and professional manner
Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock appropriately

$15–$19 per hour, depending on experience
