The Greer Group has an exciting new temp-to-hire position open for an experienced Quality Auditor with a growing manufacturing company in the Canton, NC area. If you are passionate about quality and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Shift: Monday –Friday, 6: 00 AM –3: 30 PM Pay: $18.50/hour What You Will Do:
Perform in-process inspections of manufactured goods.
Provide auditing support to other departments as directed by management.
Perform first-piece inspections and approve product quality prior to production runs.
Conduct specialized quality testing including:
Gloss testing
Color analysis
Film thickness
Adhesion testing
Caliper measurements
Document shift activities on audit reports.
Identify and control non-conforming products.
Complete HOLD tag reporting per work instructions as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of related quality experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections accurately.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
