The Greer Group is hiring temporary Machine operators on 2nd shift for our manufacturing client located in Mebane, NC!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3: 00 pm-11: 00 pm (Must train on 1st shift for 2 weeks)
Pay: $18/hour paid weekly.
Job Duties: •Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to improve efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production problems. •Adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. Equipment Changeover Carry out changeover of one or more equipment, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks. •Equipment Total Productive Maintenance Carry out TPM checks and activities, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks. •Quality Assurance Carry out relatively simple testing and quality assurance tasks. Health, Safety, and Environment •Follow a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required • Background check and drug screen. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ok with overtime, including weekends. • ok working around hot, loud conditions.
