The Greer Group is hiring Chemical Manufacturing Technicians for our automotive client located in Mebane, NC! These are temp to hire jobs, with the opportunity for growth! 12 HR DAY SHIFT!
Hours: 6pm-6am- Rotating schedule.- Week 1: M, T, FRI, SAT - Week 2: SUN, WED, THUR
Pay: $21/hour, paid weekly!
Temp to Hire!
Operate and perform routine preventive maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes and system cleanings
Input data daily and generate performance reports.
Handle materials, operate lift trucks, and move drums and totes
Make fluid corrections as needed based on testing results in the absence of the site leader
Follow procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements
Participate in daily communication meetings with site supervisor and communicate effectively
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
Previous work experience working in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate the internet and email
Ability to lift up to 50lbs as well as standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily
