The Greer Group is seeking a Medical Administrative Support Associate (Part-Time) for a Women's Health client in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare administrative professional seeking a flexible part-time schedule within a collaborative Women's Health practice. Summary: The Medical Administrative Support Associate will provide administrative support to the practice by managing documentation, coordinating office operations, and assisting with various healthcare-related administrative functions. This role will help alleviate administrative responsibilities currently managed by clinical staff, allowing them to focus on patient care. Responsibilities:
Process prior authorizations.
Manage FMLA, disability, and other medical leave paperwork.
Complete administrative documentation and maintain accurate records.
Support providers and staff with general office operations.
Assist with workflow coordination and administrative projects.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of required forms and documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Schedule: Preferred Schedule
Four days per week
Approximately 20 hours per week
Alternate Schedule
Three longer days per week
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Required:
Previous administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic systems
Preferred:
Medical office experience.
Prior authorization experience.
Experience processing FMLA, disability, and Workers' Compensation paperwork.
