The Greer Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative in the Asheville/WNC area with restaurant equipment/supplies knowledge. This role focuses on developing new business and maintaining relationships with restaurant and food service clients. You will be responsible for selling a wide range of restaurant equipment, appliances, and supplies, helping our clients optimize their operations. Salary: $60, 000 guaranteed during training;transitions to full commission after training Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the restaurant and food service industry.
Conduct in-person visits to client locations, showrooms, and trade events to demonstrate products and solutions.
Cold calls to potential new clients
Understand clients’needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their equipment and supply requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or the food service/restaurant equipment industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food service and equipment is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$60, 000 base salary guaranteed during training period.
Transition to full commission structure after training.
