The Greer Group is recruiting a Patient Access Representative for our client in Raleigh. This is a long-term temporary position through December, with the possibility of a 6 month extension.
Hours are Monday –Friday, 7: 45 AM –4: 30 PM (45 minute lunch break).
This is a public facing reception desk, comfortable speaking with all customers.
Schedule appointments.
Answering multiline telephone.
Checking in patients and completing patient registration.
