The Greer Group is recruiting a Patient Access Representative for our client in Raleigh. This is a temporary position through October, only 4 days per week! Hours would be Monday –Wednesday and Friday, 8: 00 AM –5: 00 PM.
Handle front desk duties.
Excellent customer service, detail oriented, high-quality standards for work, team player.
Register clients, answer calls, schedule appointments in Athena Practice and obtain demographic.
Data entry, update medical records, ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
Retrieve photo ids, insurance cards, medical documents, etc.
Assist medical professionals (nurses) with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Prefer candidates that are bilingual in Spanish and English.
