Job Description

The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Patient Access Representative for our client in Raleigh.
This is a temporary position through 12/31/2025.  Monday –Friday, 7: 45 AM –4: 30 PM!

  • Employee will be scheduling appointments.
  • Answering multiline telephone.
  • Checking in patients.
  • Completing patient registration.
  • Completing monthly insurance reports.
  • Checking insurance eligibility.
  • This is a public facing reception desk.

Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
