The Greer Group is recruiting a Receptionist/Greeter for our client in Raleigh. This is a temporary position slated through December 2026! This assignment will be four (4) days per week, Monday –Thursday, from 8: 30 a.M. To 5: 00 p.M. With a 30-minute lunch break!
The Greeter will support the Employment Team and serve as the first point of contact for jobseekers at the center.
Welcome and assist jobseekers entering the center.
Help individuals navigate computer-based job searches.
Assist with registration on job search websites such as NCWorks.Gov, DES (Unemployment).
Ensure customers are familiar with available Career Center resources.
Provide general guidance on employment-related topics (resumes, interview techniques, etc.)
Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented presence
Stand for extended periods as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
