Description:
Recruit, conduct interviews, make hiring decisions and recommendations, perform new hire background, and drug screening, and ensure I-9 compliance.
Responsible for new hire orientations, New Hire on boarding process.
Employee relations, conduct corrective action/counseling for all violations relating to policy and performance, performance reviews,
Attendance tracking.
Processing time for Payroll and submitting to corporate.
Attention to detail and organization!
Employee Engagement- surveys and events.
Job Requirements
Must be proficient in MS Office suite and computerized HRIS systems.
Experience with multiple technology platforms is required.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but strong HR and recruiting experience with some colleges will be accepted.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of human resources, staffing, management and/or on-site experience.
Experience in one of the following settings preferred: Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, administrative, professional, and technical.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff, multitask, and change priority/focus at a moment’s notice, make decisions and lead clients using a consultative HR approach.
This position is for someone who is very flexible, has strong detailed ability and is self-motivated.
