Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent 10 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of network technology including, but not limited to, DNS, DHCP, infrastructure and wireless.
- Solid understanding of security best practices.
- Exceptional hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
