Responsibilities
  • Being member of 2-3 person crew
  • Working safely and following OSHA and Superior safety policies
  • Traveling 47-48 weeks per year to various job sites in our service area
  • Driving work truck to / from job sites

Minimum Qualifications Required: Education & Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.  Must have 12 months of experience in assembly. Must be able to pass Solder Pot Certification. 
Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:  Ability to use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, nut drivers, Allen/Star/Crescent wrenches, microscope, hand crimpers, and height gauge.  Ability to use soldering iron and de-soldering tools.  Ability to read and follow basic instructions.  Good communication skills, both written and oral.  Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and work instructions.  Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.  Pays close attention to detail with the ability to complete assignments accurately and recognize and assist in resolving problems.  Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.   
Working Conditions:  While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. And occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.  The employee must have full range of motion ability, including stretching, bending, and stooping.  This job requires sight sufficient for significant reading.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.  This work also requires an individual with hearing sufficient for extensive, direct contact with employees.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
